Accessibility in the UK (Alison Battaglia)
During the 1991-92 academic year, Alison was a student at Lancaster University, England, and was one of the first wheelchair users to study abroad at Lancaster. Lancaster University interviewed her during her stay in England and again three years later, when she had graduated from Kent State University and was working as an Executive Aide to the County Commissioner.
