Insurance Requirement and Application
The University's Academic/Administrative Policy 2.2.7—Suspending Education Abroad Opportunities Due to Health and Safety Risks requires that all students participating on education/learning/study abroad opportunities have international health insurance provided by CISI. Complete the application form and take to the Learning Abroad Center, 230 Heller Hall (map) or mail to:
