Next Steps

Approval of your application is based on a review of all application materials. An optional interview and letters of recommendation may also be requested. Apply early; complete applications are reviewed as they are submitted. Any applications submitted after the deadline are considered on a space available basis and must be accompanied by all application materials. If at any time you decide not to continue the application process, please email the program contact. Accepted students will be required to pay a program deposit to the department sponsoring your program.

Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for paying the program fee as outlined in the Learning Abroad Center’s Cancellation Policy.

Custom Program Fee
Students participating on custom study abroad programs are charged a program fee, which is determined by the department. At a minimum the program fee includes education costs, international health insurance, and the Learning Abroad Center administrative fee.
