Follow this checklist to confirm your place in the program.

Note: If you plan to use financial aid (loans, grants, scholarships) to cover costs for your study abroad experience, you are encouraged to schedule a financial aid preview meeting prior to submitting your confirmation deposit.

Passport & Visa: All students must have a valid passport and visa to enter Venezuela

  • If you already have a passport, make sure that it is valid for the duration of the program, as well as up to six months after your return
  • If you do not have a passport, apply for one as soon as possible; go to Travel Documents for more information
  • You will receive more detailed visa information later in the process

VENUSA
You will receive an email from VENUSA, our on-site partner school. The Learning Abroad Center is your resource for matters concerning financial aid, credit, and general program questions. VENUSA is a primary contact for most program-specific questions, course information, visa requirements, and travel arrangements. A group flight is available through VENUSA.
