Description
Attend classes, study, train, and compete with Australians for six
weeks in Australia. The program concludes with games against Australian
local teams, fostering international competition and cross-cultural
understanding. This program is six weeks in length and is conducted
in three different locations in Australia, each offering different
cultural experiences
Curriculum
You are required to enroll in two courses for a minimum of 6 credits
and complete a range of assessment tasks and a final examination
in each class. You must take the "core course" and then
may choose one additional elective course
Eligibility & Application
All academic majors, including students from other colleges and universities, are welcome to apply.
You must be in good academic
standing, with a grade point average of at least 2.5 at the time
of acceptance.

Estimated Cost Students from the University of Minnesota participating
on this program are charged a program fee that is inclusive of the cosponsored
program's fee and a University of Minnesota fee to cover the cost of application
processing, advising services, orientation, course registration, grade transfer
and posting for resident credit, assistance with financial aid, and international
health insurance. This administrative fee ranges from $500 to $1,500 and varies
by program. The cosponsored program's portion of the program fee can be used to
assist in estimating cost and is available at the program site linked below. In
most cases, airfare, field trips, meals, and personal expenses are additional.
