Description
Study Japanese culture and language at Kansai Gaidai University
in Osaka, the second largest city in Japan and an important trading
center.
Curriculum
Choose four courses from the Japanese language program, or courses
in the humanities, social sciences, and business. Instruction is
in English by Japanese faculty. Typical credits: 24–30 for
academic year; 12–15 for fall or spring semester.
Eligibility & Application
Open to University of Minnesota freshmen
and above with 3.0 GPA. Previous study of Japanese language is encouraged
but not required. Applications are reviewed until mid-February.
