About the Program

Examine how history, religion, art, and culture gave birth to a new way of thinking and looking at the world. As the home to some of the world's most famous art, architecture, and early scientific minds, Florence and its surrounding area are ideal sites to study how math and science helped to create such masterpieces as the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Duomo, and the Vatican.
