About the Program

Paris is one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the world. It is filled with grand boulevards, world class museums, street cafes, and rich cultural traditions. History literally speaks to even the casual stroller along the avenues of the city. Relics of the past can be viewed in the architecture, monuments and museums, and vibrant neighborhoods which provide the living classroom for this program.Visit here for images of previous sessions.

Excursions
There are excursions in and around Paris to visit museums, monuments, and neighborhoods that illustrate the content of the course. There is also a day trip to the site of The Battle of Verdun which is considered to be one of the most brutal events of World War I.

Housing & Meals
Students live in shared apartments with other program participants. A welcome dinner and farewell luncheon are included in the program fee. Additional meals can be taken in the apartments or at one of the countless cafés in Paris.

On-site support is provided by a local learning abroad center. Students may have access to a computer lab, a classroom space, and a library. On-site staff provide information to students regarding cultural activities as well as ensuring 24-hour emergency support.
