HECUA is a Twin Cities-based consortium of 19 Upper Midwest colleges
and universities. It specializes in field study programs focusing
on social issues.
Promoted Programs
The University of Minnesota promotes HECUA programs to:
- Northern Ireland
- Norway (Urban Studies and Globalization).
