Complete Your Directed Study Credits
Pursue the matter of credits directly with the faculty adviser supervising your project. It is up to the adviser to turn in the grade after being satisfied that you have met the agreed-upon standards for the credits. Notify the Directed Study Adviser at the Learning Abroad Center immediately when you receive your directed study grade(s).

Transcript Memo

If you were registered through the Learning Abroad Center and completed your directed study credits, a clarifying memo is added to your transcript after you notify the Learning Abroad Center Directed Study Adviser that your directed study grade has been posted. Here is a sample memo:
